PLEASE PROVIDE PRECISE DIRECTIONS FOR DELIVERIES WITH A HOUSE NAME OR DIFFICULT TO FIND LOCATIONS AND A TELEPHONE NUMBER OF RECIPIENT.

Orders for Monday to Saturday can be placed over the telephone or via our website

We offer a same day delivery service for orders placed before 1pm Monday to Friday, and before 11am on Saturday. If you wish to place an order for same day delivery after the stated deadlines please call us on 01726 61111.

We may still be able to deliver on the same day. Alternatively you can request to collect your flowers in store. 

Whilst we do our very best to supply your choice of flowers, we reserve the right to make reasonable flower substitutes for same day deliveries if stock is unavailable or sold out.

Please note that a number of specialist flowers will need to be ordered a couple of days in advance, however, we can usually source the majority of requests.

What we do if recipient is not at home

We will leave the floral arrangement with a neighbour or in a secure place if possible, or return floral arrangement to our shop where it can later be collected. A card will be left to inform the recipient of the attempted delivery and where the floral arrangement can be collected.

Delivery charges are dependent upon location.

Local delivery: £6.50 (within an 5 mile radius of the shop)

Please DO NOT place an order online which is outside of our delivery area without contacting our shop. It may NOT be possible for us to arrange delivery. All refunds will incur a minimum £5.00 administration fee.
