Terms and conditions

Ordering - You can place an order with us through our online shop, over the phone or in the shop. We accept card, cash or paypal. When placing an order online you will receive an email to state we have received your order. We must accept this order, then your payment will be taken and confirmation is sent. You may amend or cancel an order up to 48 hours before the delivery or collection. If you cancel an order once placed there will be a cancellation fee.
Prices on our website are subject to change.
All prices listed include VAT
Substitutes - All Products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to substitute a product of equivalent value and quality without notice.
All product images are intended as a guide only.
Deliveries - Please provide full address, postcode and a phone number for the recipient. If the recipient is not home we will try and leave the delivery with a neighbour if they are willing to take responsibility. Otherwise we will bring the arrangement back to the shop for collection. Gwens Garden Florist are not responsible for theft of order if it is left.

We do not offer set time deliveries except for funerals and weddings.
Delivery area for Gwen's Garden Florist is St Austell area up to 7 miles. We reserve the right to cancel any orders that are outside our delivery area. Please call if you have a delivery further than 7 miles.
Delivery or collection is not available on Sunday’s, Monday's or public holidays, except during peak times such as Mother’s Day, Valentine’s Day or the Christmas period.
Data protection – Gwen's Garden will hold your name, number and email. These will not be passed onto a third party and will only be used to process your order.
The Safety Part – Gwen's Garden take no responsibility if injury or damage is caused by any of our products. Please note flowers and foliage are not fit for human consumption.
Hire -
All hired items have a £50 damages deposit which gets returned on return of the hire items in their original condition. All items are intended for indoor use only. The hire charges do not include delivery.
Complaints - If you are unhappy with your order please contact Gwens Garden Florist within 48 hours of delivery or collection. Our goods are perishable and we may ask for photos.
